Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Conditions

With products have warranties, customer must provide warranty which is still in period:

• Warranty period of carts: 24 months.
• Warranty period of accessories: 06 months.

2. No warranty with some cases

• Overloading the capacity.
• Using in unsuitable environment.

3. Warranty procedure

• If customer gets any issues with products while using, please contact the phone number on warranty.
• After company receives warranty information, we will send staff to customer’s location to check (inside Ho Chi Minh city) or customer send product to company (outside Ho Chi Minh city) and we will send a feedback to customer in 3-7 business days.
• If the issue is from company, we will exchange brand new product to customer. If the issue is from customer, company will consult and guide customer to use product appropriately.
