- Exchanging product must meet these conditions
- Product is not used/ opened, still intact, no scratch and no missing part (box, plastic bag and accessories come with the product).
- Having receipt or financial bill proves customer bought products directly in the company.
- Time to exchange
- Monday to Saturday
- Morning: 08h30-11h30
- Afternoon: 13h30-16h30
